For Φ16-Φ25mm pipes, we can choose the four-outlet pipe extrusion line, which could produce four pipes at the same time and ensures high productivity and good stability.
For Φ16-Φ63mm pipes, we can choose the two –outlet pipe extrusion line, which could produce two pipes at the same time and ensures high productivity and good stability.
We have two types of extruder temperature control system for customers to chose: Auto(PLC control) & Manual(temperature control meters).
Pedrail type hauler with two—pedrail , three—pedrail, four—pedrail, six—pedrail, eight—pedrail, ten—pedrail types of design, applied to PVC pipes with different diameter ranges.
According to different pipe diameter range, we have guillotine cutter and planetary cutter for you to choose.
Equipped with special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe and core layer foamed pipe.
